What is an Unauthorized Merchandise Return
We do NOT accept returns/exchanges on merchandise returned to us without a return authorization number on the outside of the box. All authorization number are double checked before accepted from us.
Wedding Gown Return Policy
Returns are accepted only on wedding gowns that have not been altered and have not been worn.
We do not accept returns on gowns that have been customized by the designer for you such as Hollow to hem gowns, and special measurement gowns. We cannot accept returns on discontinued gowns.
There is a 20% re-stocking fee based on our list price for your bridal gown. Informals do not qualify in this return policy. You will be responsible for shipping the gown back to us. Shipping charges are non-refundable. The gown must be in brand new, unworn condition with all of the tags intact.
In order for us to process your return we ask that you follow these steps: You have 3 business days from the time UPS delivers the package to your address to notify us that you would like to return the gown. We will give you a Return Authorization Number to write on the outside of the box. Any gown returned without a Return Authorization Number will not be credited and the merchandise will be returned to you.
Once you have obtained a return authorization from us you have 7 business days to get the merchandise back to us. No credit will be given if we do not receive your gown within 7 business days. Send returns to:

Once we receive your gown, we will inspect it to be sure it is in perfect condition as when we shipped it to you, and confirm that we have received it within 7 days of issuing the return authorization. We will notify you by e-mail of the amount of credit we have made to your original method of payment. Shipping costs are non-refundable
Unauthorized Merchandise of Other Merchandise
We do NOT accept returns or exchanges on these items:
Bridesmaids, Informals, Flower girls, Mother of Gowns, Prom dresses, Headpieces, Veils, Shoes, Bras, slips and purses.
What about Damaged Merchandise
We carefully inspect all merchandise before we ship to ensure all merchandise is first quality. If your merchandise is damaged, you must let us know within 3 business days after UPS has delivered your merchandise. A return authorization number will be given to write on the outside of your package. You must return the item to us at your expense.
All of our designers accept returns in the case of damaged or incorrectly delivered. We will contact the designer and have them send a replacement or repair as quickly as possible. If we find the merchandise is not defective in any way or has been misused, then the merchandise will be shipped back to you and you will be charge for the shipping to return the item to you.
Can I Cancel Orders once placed
You may cancel your order within 24 hours after the order was placed. All orders cancelled after 24 hours, your payment becomes non-refundable. Gowns are special ordered and made special for customers. Place your order carefully as an order cannot be cancelled or changed once it is processed. All sales are final with no cancellations, returns or exchanges.
Colors
Every effort has been made to accurately depict the actual color of the swatch. We cannot guarantee the color consistency. Because not all computers monitors are of the same quality/size colors will very.
Delay Policy
We are not responsible for delays beyond our control, discontinued merchandise, fabric changes or variations in dye lots.

UPS Standard Ground Shipping for all merchandise
We use UPS for all of our shipping.
The system will calculate shipping cost and options for you. Put the dress in the shopping cart. Then log on, make sure your address's are correct - Billing address - is the credit card you are going to be using, has to be the address you receive your credit card billing statement.
Shipping address is where we are going to ship it to: UPS does not ship to PO BOX's. Then UPS gives you shipping options and costs.
How to order Bridesmaids
Here are to some steps you can take in order for us to keep track of your wedding party.
Please assign your bridesmaids a number and have them identify themselves in the comment section as: Karen 1/5 for Suzy Jones Wedding, Tiffany 2/5 for Suzy Jones Wedding, etc. This will let us know when your wedding party is complete and we will place your order with our designer all at once. This will ensure that your gowns are cut from the same bolt of fabric.
Credit card Decline
You might want to call your credit card company: Almost of the time, it is declined because your credit card company has an anti-fraud feature on your account for large transactions from the internet. If you call them they can release it and you can try it again.
Can’t find the UK and what is the Shipping Cost ?
Click on Country - then Select Great Britain and N Ireland for the UK. For Shipping costs - Our system will calculate the shipping charges, our system is linked directly to UPS. To estimate the shipping costs, Click on the top right handle of your screen - Shipping & Currency.
Shipping to Ireland or UK
We ship around the world weekly ! And Ireland is an excellent customer of ours. For Shipping costs - Our system will calculate the shipping charges, our system is linked directly to UPS. Credit Card Decline -Address Verification System
Credit card transactions will be declined because of the AVS (Address Verification System). To Correct: Please click, on “Your Account” then click on “Update Account” then update the billing address - The billing address must match the address where your credit card company sends your bill.
Card Card Declined – Did I get charged
No, WHY – DECLINE – Still shows for a day. (just like I would be charged) - It is important to note that when the Address Verify System filter declines a transaction as the result of an Address Verify System mismatch, the transaction is voided, but the authorization remains.
The preauthorized amount reserved against the credit limit of the customer's card will remain for a predefined period of time (frequently - 1 ½ days) until it is expired by the card-issuer. This time period varies with all card-issuing banks and you will need to contact them directly to find out what their hold times are.
For example, if a customer repeatedly enters an incorrect zip code or address, the preauthorized amounts may sum up to reach or exceed the credit card's credit limit. Even though the customer has not actually made a purchase with his credit card, future transactions will be declined regardless of the AVS response because the credit limit has been reached. CABRIDAL.com process credit card transactions using Authorize.net and we cannot remove these pre-authorization transactions that are held on the customer's credit card.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Should any of the shipping addresses that were given be incorrect. UPS will charge additional fees to redirect the package. A $15 re-shipping service fee will be charged to your credit card. Please inform us in advance of any changes in your address to avoid additional fees.
All Other Countries and Territories and Taxes
You may have to pay duties and/or taxes to your government at time of delivery. We cannot determine what these fees may be and you should contact your local customs house.
If you refuse to pay the duties/taxes/VAT to your government upon delivery, UPS will abandon or destroy your package and you will not receive any refund on the money paid to Coming Attractions for the package or its contents. UPS can track your package throughout the shipping process and UPS has its own customs brokers in each country it services so the package never leaves their care.

My order show's pending
Your transactions/order did not complete. Your credit card was not charged. To Complete the order - click on "Your Account" - Then click on the order number that shows pending. Then Click on Re-submit payment. Then key in your credit card number/ccv and submit.
How to find your Credit Card Verification number
When using Visa, Master Card or Discover your 3 digit CCV (Credit Card Verification) number is found on the back of your card. For American Express uses a 4 digit CCV number found on the front of the card.

When to order a Bridal Gown
We suggest that you allow approximately 6 months prior to your wedding date to order your bridal gown. Depending on the bridal gown manufacturer, delivery typically takes 3-4 months, Our system will calculate the shipping date or ETA automatic. It will show up in our order type section.
When to order a Bridesmaid Gown
Depending on the designer, delivery typically takes 8-14 weeks, Our system will calculate the shipping date or ETA automatic. It will show up in our order type section.
What is an Rush Cut
With some designers they offer "Rush Cut or Super Rush Cut" - Normal shipping is 10 - 14 weeks. The designer for a "Fee" will push your order in front of other brides orders that have more time to make shipping 6-8 weeks, depending on the fee. This doesn't not mean that UPS is shipping it quicker. Standard UPS ground shipping would apply - unless you selected overnight in the shipping options.
Scheduling Your Alterations Appointment
To insure a time with our seamstress that is convenient for you, please note the following guidelines. Brides should call to schedule a fitting 6-8 weeks before your wedding date. Bridesmaids should call to schedule a fitting 3-4 weeks before the wedding date. For your fitting, you will need your bra, slip and shoes that you plan to wear on your special day. These items are also available for purchase on our premises. *The dress as well as the alterations must be paid in full before custom fitting alterations will be started.

Purchase an Online Gift Certificate
We offer an Online Gift Certificate, you can send it whoever you would like by there email address around the world. You can select any amount you would like to send. The person you are sending it to will receive and Number like "gcert7101xxxxxx" - when they are ready to purchase just key it in as the discount code and the system will keep track of there balance.
Will I need a hem ?
Other things you should know... All of these dresses are 58" - 60" hollow to hem (base of neck to floor). If you need a longer gown, EXTRA LENGTH dresses are marked in the vendors that offer them. "Tall" and "Extra Length" dresses have a note in the Policies section at the top of their pages. Nearly 99% of our customers need some type of alterations. Any gown that is too long can be hemmed by your local seamstress. Straps may need to be adjusted. For the busty customer, there may be a need to remove the cups.
