Wedding Gown Return Policy
Returns are accepted only on wedding gowns that have not been altered and have not been worn. We do not accept returns on gowns that have been customized by the designer for you such as Hollow to hem gowns, and special measurement gowns. We cannot accept returns on discontinued gowns.
There is a 20% re-stocking fee based on our list price for your bridal gown. Informals do not qualify in this return policy. You will be responsible for shipping the gown back to us. Shipping charges are non-refundable. The gown must be in brand new, unworn condition with all of the tags intact.
In order for us to process your return we ask that you follow these steps: You have 3 business days from the time UPS delivers the package to your address to notify us that you would like to return the gown. We will give you a Return Authorization Number to write on the outside of the box. Any gown returned without a Return Authorization Number will not be credited and the merchandise will be returned to you.
Once you have obtained a return authorization from us you have 7 business days to get the merchandise back to us. No credit will be given if we do not receive your gown within 7 business days. Send returns to:

Once we receive your gown, we will inspect it to be sure it is in perfect condition as when we shipped it to you, and confirm that we have received it within 7 days of issuing the return authorization. We will notify you by e-mail of the amount of credit we have made to your original method of payment. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Unauthorized Merchandise Returns
We do NOT accept returns/exchanges on merchandise returned to us without a return authorization number on the outside of the box. All authorization number are double checked before accepted from us.
Other Merchandise
We DO NOT accept returns or exchanges on these items:
Bridesmaids, Informals, Flower girls, Mother of Gowns, Prom dresses, Headpieces, Veils, Shoes, Bras, slips and purses.
Damaged Merchandise
We carefully inspect all merchandise before we ship to ensure all merchandise is first quality. If your merchandise is damaged, you must let us know within 3 business days after UPS has delivered your merchandise. A return authorization number will be given to write on the outside of your package. You must return the item to us at your expense.
All of our designers accept returns in the case of damaged or incorrectly delivered. We will contact the designer and have them send a replacement or repair as quickly as possible. If we find the merchandise is not defective in any way or has been misused, then the merchandise will be shipped back to you and you will be charge for the shipping to return the item to you.
Cancellation of Orders
You may cancel your order within 24 hours after the order was placed and you will be charged $20.00 cancel fee. All orders cancelled after 24 hours, your payment becomes non-refundable. Gowns are special ordered and made special for customers. Place your order carefully as an order cannot be cancelled or changed once it is processed. All sales are final with no cancellations, returns or exchanges.
Colors
Every effort has been made to accurately depict the actual color of the swatch. We cannot guarantee the color consistency. Because not all computers monitors are of the same quality/size colors will very.
Delay Policy
We are not responsible for delays beyond our control, discontinued merchandise, fabric changes or variations in dye lots.

All pricing/policies on cabridal.com are for purchasing on the internet only and are not valid in our retail stores.
Shipping Policies
UPS Standard Ground Shipping for all merchandise
We use UPS Standard Ground delivery for all of our shipping.
All Other Countries and Territories
All deliveries outside of the United States will be charged on an individual basis. You may have to pay duties and/or taxes to your government at time of delivery. We cannot determine what these fees may be and you should contact your local customs house.
If you refuse to pay the duties/taxes/VAT to your government upon delivery, UPS will abandon or destroy your package and you will not receive any refund on the money paid to Coming Attractions for the package or its contents. UPS can track your package throughout the shipping process and UPS has its own customs brokers in each country it services so the package never leaves their care.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Should any of the shipping addresses that were given be incorrect, UPS will charge additional fees to redirect the package. A $15 re-shipping service fee will be charged to your credit card. Please inform us in advance of any changes in your address to avoid additional fees. |
